MERCHANT TOKENS OF J.N.T. LEVICK AND WOODGATE & CO.
The Standard Catalog of
United States Tokens specifically states that Levick had George H.
strike the pieces under his listing. There is nothing under Woodgate
& Co. to this effect but many of the same dies were used, as well as
dies produced by Key. And many of these die are also found muled with
E. Hill dies. I suppose we'll never know exactly who struck these!
